When you use Reevio to create AI-generated videos, you select photos from your device's photo library. These photos are:

• Temporarily uploaded to our secure processing servers for video generation
• Processed by our AI partner (Replicate) to create your video
• Automatically deleted from our servers after video generation is complete
• Never stored permanently or shared with third parties for any purpose other than video creation

1.2 Account Information

When you sign in to Reevio, we collect:

• Authentication data: Name, email address, and authentication token from your sign-in provider (Google, Apple, or phone number)
• User ID: A unique identifier to manage your account and credits

1.3 Usage Analytics

We use Firebase Analytics to understand how you're using Reevio:

• Screen views and navigation patterns
• Feature usage (which presets you select, video generation frequency)
• App performance data (crashes, errors, load times)
• Device information (device model, operating system version)
• General location (country-level, not precise GPS)

1.4 Billing Information

When you purchase credits or subscriptions:

• Payment processing: Handled entirely by Apple App Store and RevenueCat (our billing partner)
• We do NOT collect or store: Credit card numbers, billing addresses, or payment details
• We do receive: Purchase confirmation, subscription status, and credit balance updates from RevenueCat
• Credit expiration tracking: We store the date when your credits will expire after subscription cancellation to send you reminders and manage the 30-day grace period

1.5 Push Notification Tokens

If you enable push notifications:

• We store your device's push notification token to send you video completion alerts
• You can disable notifications anytime in the app's Settings screen

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data exclusively to provide and improve Reevio:

• Video Creation: Process your photos using AI to generate videos
• Account Management: Track your credit balance and subscription status
• App Improvement: Analyze usage patterns to fix bugs and add features
• Customer Support: Respond to your questions and troubleshoot issues
• Notifications: Alert you when your videos are ready (if enabled)
• Advertising Measurement: With your consent, measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns to understand how users discover Reevio

3. Data Sharing and Third-Party Services

We partner with trusted third-party services to operate Reevio:

3.1 Firebase (Google)

• Services used: Authentication, Cloud Firestore (database), Cloud Functions, Analytics, Cloud Messaging
• Data shared: User ID, email, usage analytics, push tokens

3.2 Replicate (AI Processing)

• Service used: AI video generation from your photos
• Data shared: Your selected photos (temporarily, for processing only)
• Data retention: Photos are deleted immediately after video creation

3.3 RevenueCat (Billing)

• Service used: Subscription and in-app purchase management
• Data shared: User ID, purchase events, subscription status

3.4 Advertising & Attribution Partners

With your consent, we use attribution services to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns:

• Purpose: Understand how users discover Reevio and measure advertising campaign performance
• Data shared: Device advertising identifier (IDFA), app install events, in-app purchase events, and anonymized usage data
• Partners may include: Meta (Facebook), Google Ads, AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar attribution platforms
• Your choice: When you first open Reevio, you'll be asked if you want to allow tracking via Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. You can change this anytime in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking
• If you opt out: We will not share your device identifier with advertising partners, and you will not be tracked across apps and websites

4. Data Storage and Security

We implement industry-standard security measures:

• Encryption: All data transmitted between your device and our servers uses HTTPS/TLS encryption
• Secure servers: Data is stored on Firebase's secure cloud infrastructure
• Access controls: Only authorized personnel can access user data, and only for support purposes
• Photo deletion: Uploaded photos are automatically deleted after video processing completes (typically within minutes)

5. Your Privacy Rights

You have the following rights regarding your data:

• Access: Request a copy of your personal data
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Correction: Update your account information anytime
• Opt-out: Disable analytics tracking and push notifications in Settings
• Data portability: Export your generated videos to your photo library

6. Children's Privacy

Reevio is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately.

7. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights:

• Right to know what personal information is collected
• Right to delete personal information
• Right to opt-out of sale of personal information (Note: We do NOT sell your data)
• Right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights

9. Data Retention

We retain your data for the following periods:

• Account data: As long as your account is active
• Photos: Deleted immediately after video generation (typically within minutes)
• Generated videos: Stored temporarily (24-48 hours) unless you save them permanently
• Credit expiration data: Retained for 30 days after subscription ends, then deleted when credits expire
• Analytics data: Aggregated and anonymized after 14 months
• Deleted account data: Permanently removed within 30 days of deletion request

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy
• Notify you via email or in-app notification
• For material changes, request your consent before applying them

11. International Data Transfers

Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including:
