Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Reevio, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you are using Reevio on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Reevio is an AI-powered mobile application that transforms your photos into short-form videos using artificial intelligence. Key features include:

• Upload photos from your device's photo library
• Select from 30+ creative presets for different video styles
• Generate AI-powered videos using state-of-the-art AI models
• Save and share your created videos
• Manage your credit balance and subscriptions

3. Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Reevio. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

3.3 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep it updated.

4. Credit System

4.1 How Credits Work

Reevio uses a credit-based system for video generation:

• Each video generation costs between 15-180 credits depending on the selected preset and quality level
• Standard quality videos cost fewer credits than Premium quality
• Different AI models have different credit costs (shown before generation)
• Credits are deducted immediately when you start video generation

4.2 Acquiring Credits

You can obtain credits through:

• Subscriptions: Monthly plans that provide a set number of credits each billing cycle
• Credit Packs: One-time purchases of credit bundles for emergency top-ups

4.3 Credit Expiration

• Active subscription credits: Reset at each billing renewal. Unused credits are replaced with your new monthly allocation.
• Credit pack purchases: Do not expire and can be used anytime, even without an active subscription.

4.4 Credits After Subscription Cancellation

• Cancellation: When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
• After subscription ends: You have a 30-day grace period to use any remaining credits.
• Grace period expiration: After 30 days, any unused subscription credits will be forfeited.
• Resubscription: If you resubscribe during the grace period, your remaining credits are preserved and your new monthly credits are added.
• Reminders: We'll send you notifications at 7 days, 3 days, and 1 day before your credits expire.

4.5 No Refunds for Used Credits

Credits spent on video generation are non-refundable, even if:

• You're not satisfied with the generated video result
• Generation fails due to technical issues (we will retry automatically)
• You cancel generation after it has started

5. Subscriptions and Payments

5.1 Subscription Plans

Reevio offers the following monthly subscription tiers:

• Starter: 350 credits/month - $9.99/month
• Creator: 700 credits/month - $16.99/month (15% savings per credit)
• Pro: 1400 credits/month - $33.99/month (15% savings per credit)
• Studio: 2800 credits/month - $67.99/month (15% savings + no watermark)

5.2 Auto-Renewal

• Subscriptions automatically renew monthly
• Payment is charged to your Apple App Store account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period

5.3 Managing Subscriptions

To cancel or manage your subscription:

1. Open iPhone Settings app
2. Tap your name at the top
3. Tap "Subscriptions"
4. Select Reevio
5. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

Note: Canceling a subscription does not provide a refund for the current billing period. You will continue to have access to your credits until the end of the period you paid for.

5.4 Price Changes

We may change subscription prices at any time. If we increase prices:

• We will notify you at least 30 days in advance via email or in-app notification
• The new price will not affect your current billing cycle
• You can cancel before the new price takes effect

5.5 Refund Policy

All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's refund policies. To request a refund:

• Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
• Sign in with your Apple ID
• Select Reevio purchase and request a refund

Note: Refunds are granted at Apple's discretion. We cannot directly process refunds.

6. Content Ownership and Rights

6.1 Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to the photos you upload to Reevio. By using the Service, you grant us:

• A temporary license to process your photos for video generation
• Permission to use AI services (Replicate) to create your videos
• The right to delete your photos immediately after video generation

6.2 Generated Videos

You own the videos you create using Reevio. You may:

• Download videos to your device
• Share videos on social media or other platforms
• Use videos for personal or commercial purposes

6.3 Watermarks

• Free and paid tiers: Generated videos may include a Reevio watermark
• Studio tier subscribers: No watermark on generated videos

6.4 Reevio's Rights

We reserve the right to:

• Display sample videos created with Reevio in our marketing materials (with your permission)
• Use aggregated, anonymized usage statistics to improve our Service

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use Reevio to create or share content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
• Violates intellectual property rights of others
• Contains nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit material
• Promotes violence, discrimination, or hate speech
• Impersonates another person or entity
• Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account termination without refund.

8. Service Availability and Limitations

8.1 Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted access to the Service
• Error-free operation
• That the Service will meet all your requirements

8.2 Maintenance and Downtime

We may temporarily suspend the Service for:

• Scheduled maintenance (we will notify you in advance when possible)
• Emergency repairs
• Updates and improvements

8.3 AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Reevio's Intellectual Property

All aspects of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Reevio logo, name, and branding
• App design, interface, and user experience
• Preset configurations and prompts
• Software code and architecture

...are owned by Reevio and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9.2 License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Access and use the Reevio mobile application
• Create videos using our Service

This license does not allow you to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
• Rent, lease, or sublicense the App to others

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Reevio is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind
• We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reevio and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another person or entity
• Content you upload or create using Reevio

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by:

• Canceling your subscription (if applicable)
• Contacting us at [email protected] to request account deletion

12.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• You abuse the Service or harm other users
• We are required to do so by law

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will be immediately revoked
• Voluntary cancellation: You have a 30-day grace period to use remaining credits after your subscription ends (see Section 4.4)
• Termination for violation: All unused credits will be forfeited immediately without grace period
• No refunds will be provided for remaining subscription time
• Your account data will be deleted within 30 days of request

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Informal Resolution

Before filing a claim, please contact us at [email protected] to resolve the issue informally. Most disputes can be resolved quickly this way.

13.2 Arbitration Agreement

If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you agree that any dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that:

• You may assert claims in small claims court if they qualify
• You or we may seek equitable relief in court for infringement of intellectual property rights

13.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that disputes will be resolved on an individual basis only, and you waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes:

• We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top
• We will notify you via email or in-app notification for material changes
• Your continued use of Reevio after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Reevio regarding use of the Service.

These Terms are between you and Reevio only, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the Service or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services. Apple is not responsible for any product warranties. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the Service.
